Meet Krishana Prasad Sapkota
Our Head Chef
Started his culinary journey in 2002.
Since then he has worked in different venues in Indian and Nepalese Restaurants across Asia and United Kingdom as Tandoori and Head Chef. During his cooking career he has worked as a Curry Chef in high reputed venues such as Banaras in London and Lasan in Birmingham sharing the platform with celebrity chefs.
Meet Mukunda Saptoka
Sous Chef
Started his culinary journey in 2003
He has worked in numerous Indian, Nepali and Punjabi Restaurants as sous chef.
Mukunda’s recent experience was from a very renowned restaurant called Roz Ana; Awarded with Time and Leisure Award 2019.
Meet Susma Basnet
her designations
Started her culinary journey in 2013
Susma worked in various restaurants like Aqua, La Doice vita and Gorkha place in Portugal, gained her culinary skills in Italian, Indian and Nepalese food.
Her recent undertaking was with very well known Nepalese and Indian restaurant named Golden sip in London. She has mastered her skills in traditional Nepalese dishes with perfect taste.
Meet Bishnu Lamichhane
General Manager
Mastered the management skills in casual to fine dine restaurant since his early career in running own Nepalese restaurant in America. After moving into UK, he has been exposed the management of prestigious fine dine restaurants in London such as Everest and Nanglo Nepalese Restaurant.
And now with his expertise in Nepalese restaurant business of one and half decade here he comes with his recent venture named Namaste.
